Welcome to ALB Online (“ALB Online,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ALB Online website and your purchase of products from our store.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products from ALB Online, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products from us.

1. About ALB Online

ALB Online is an independent online seller of Pokémon trading cards and related products.

Our products may include:

- Individual Pokémon trading cards (“singles”)
- Sealed Pokémon trading card products
- Booster packs and boxes
- Collections and lots
- Other Pokémon-related trading card products

ALB Online is independently operated and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc., unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the ALB Online website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Attempt to interfere with or damage the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Use another person's information without authorization
- Submit false or misleading information

3. Product Listings

For Pokémon singles, the condition stated in the individual listing is the condition we intend to provide.

4. Pokémon Card Condition

For individual Pokémon cards, we may describe condition using commonly understood trading-card terminology such as:

- Near Mint (NM)
- Lightly Played (LP)
- Moderately Played (MP)
- Heavily Played (HP)
- Damaged

Condition descriptions are based on our inspection of the card.

Because trading cards are physical collectibles, reasonable differences in individual assessments of condition may occur.

If a listing contains photographs of the exact card being sold, those photographs may be used to help determine the item's condition and appearance.

5. Sealed Products

Sealed products are sold in the condition shown or described in their product listing.

Factory seals, shrink wrap, packaging, boxes, and other manufacturer packaging may contain minor imperfections resulting from manufacturing, handling, transportation, or storage.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, ALB Online does not guarantee that factory-sealed products will have flawless exterior packaging.

6. Product Authenticity

ALB Online intends to sell authentic Pokémon trading card products.

If you have a legitimate concern that a product purchased from us is not authentic, contact us promptly with your order information and supporting photographs or documentation so that we can investigate the issue.

7. Prices

All product prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

We may correct pricing, description, inventory, or other listing errors.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any payment that has already been processed.

8. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if there is an inventory, pricing, payment, fraud, or listing issue.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

- A product is unavailable
- A listing contains an obvious error
- Payment cannot be successfully processed
- We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity
- An order appears to violate these Terms
- An unusually large quantity or purchasing pattern creates a reasonable concern about inventory abuse or resale activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

9. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by a payment processor, bank, card issuer, or other third-party payment service.

10. Shipping

Orders are shipped from ALB Online's home-based shipping location.

We may use Pirate Ship and the applicable postal or shipping carrier to create shipping labels and deliver orders.

Shipping costs and available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled largely by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service has been purchased.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply, and ALB Online cannot guarantee that the package can be recovered or redirected.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided to the customer.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact us so we can determine the appropriate next step.

We may require customers to cooperate with the applicable shipping carrier's investigation or claim process.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation before a replacement or refund is considered.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are subject to ALB Online's separate Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

13. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact ALB Online as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request:

- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label
- Other information necessary to investigate the issue

Do not discard damaged packaging or products before contacting us if you believe they may be relevant to a shipping claim.

14. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders may be processed for shipment shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.

15. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, sales, and other offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

- Promotional offers cannot be combined.
- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Offers may have expiration dates or quantity limitations.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or modify promotions.

The ALB Online website and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and other materials created by ALB Online, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you legally own, but by submitting content to ALB Online for publication, you grant us permission to display and use that content for legitimate business purposes associated with ALB Online, subject to applicable law.
